Back when the SSR first came out I jumped and bought one. Some things came up and it wound up sitting in the garage most of the time, and I didn't have a chance to get it out much. Then when gas prices shot up the few days I did manage to get it out disappeared as well. But here years, and a few raises later, I have managed to drive the SSR most days, and I am absolutely in love with it! It has great power and the mileage is fair also. I dusted one of my cousins Mustangs the other night successfully busting his ego(*which was soo sweet) My only question to chevrolet is why do away with this vehichle? It was a true "sport truck" and would have been head to head competition for the Lightning and SRT Dodge truck...what gives?

Everyone has an opinion and that's fine; all I know is I've had the SSR for 3 1/2 yrs, I drove Porsche's for 30+ yrs, built cool cars & harley's all my life; I LOVE MY SSR, PERIOD.
