Some on that list are very collectible, because they are unique and/or limited production. Over-all, it's obvious why TIME sells magazines, and not cars....
A person doesn't have to be well versed on a subject to sell articles to magazines. I know several "authors" of magazine articles that have admitted how they "researched" their articles. (I used to write for a magazine for several years myself. But, I actually did know what I was writing about. )
Anway... there were several very cool cars on that list. And... they even listed the Ford Model T. If they were so crappy, why the heck did they sell over 15 MILLION of them?
