Chandler PD Show March 07, 2009

Saturday night at Kmart in Mesa, one of the Chandler PD detectives was recruiting for the PD show in Chandler on Sat March 07. At first the limit was 5 SSRs, but we (Rob, Randy and I) guessed that we could easily get 10 SSRs for this event so Det Mendoza allocated space for that. ..So 10 is the limit. I will need to let him know the number interested on March 02.

If interested, post here and I will add you to the list. Can we get 10?

Additional Info:
We should arrive and start setting up around 9:00 A.M. There is a parade scheduled to start at 10:00 A.M on AZ Avenue. It will be running south starting around Ray Rd. Might want to avoid AZ Ave starting around 10:00 A.M.

The show is at 250 East Chicago St?

Is it Free?

When I print the registration form is is real small. Can you fill one out for us and Ken and Shirley?

Thanks Delma Lou. I have added you to the list. It is free. I will take care of the registration form. I just need a phone number for each entrant.

Also the address you have listed is correct. I will double confirm it tomorrow when I talk with the officer.

Larry and Nancy (RAd-SSR) would love to come out to the show if we are not working...We will know our schedule tomarrow...Is it too late for us to attend?? Let us know and we'll let you know if we are off. Last weekend we were in Palm Springs at that rally..really fun

I wasn't going to be in Austin,
I could afford the time to drive stay and return,

I would be there. It sounds like fun.

Monday was the day they were looking for the attendee count and the number I gave them was 8: That was with the 7 commitments listed in post #1 plus a contingency. So yes, Larry and Nancy we could definitely use 1 more!! Glad to have you join us

Also for those that are attending: I updated information in Post #1 to confirm that it is FREE (no entry fee) and they would like us to show up at 9:00 am.

Yes 8:00, but if you read the first post they wanted us there around 9:00. One of the detectives even suggested 8:45 on the phone...

I realize you will be driving a while so you can scarf down your pizza after the show!!
