International Car Show Bring Things to Sell

We are getting closer to the international Rally Car Show and it is time to think about some of that SSR Bling you may want to sell at the Show.

We encouage you trading, selling or better yet buying. Clean out your stuff and sell it, use this thread to pre advertise, get the excitement started. If it is too big to bring, show it here, arrange the sale and take care of the shipping ahead of time.

Save some of your pennies for the 2 collector signed banners that will be raffled off along with the Fifty Fifty raffle.

Remember that if you want to donate items for the Banquet raffle, just contact Doug Allen or Thumper and they will welcome the donations.

We are working on a Penstripper and a Speedo Repair guy for the show and Rally week, I will be giving details soon.

Larry and Nancy (RAD-SSR) have spent literally hundreds of hours in preparation for the 2011 Route 66 International SSR Rally! Y'all will have a great time showing off your SSR's, with and to members old and new, many that you've never met, but will soon be lifelong friends!

Bring your parts and memorabilia you wish to sell or swap, as room permits. If the items won't fit in your R, make a list of what you have, with prices (or what you wish to swap), and display the list at the Car Show, and indicate whether you will package and ship those items.

Well, I no longer need a pinstripper but I could work on some shifter ball covers to bring/sell.

I bought and have never worn!!!

Now if I can just get Smokey to help me organize all the "stuff" we have in storage that someone might need. We've changed out a lot of stuff on the SSRs -- and need to get rid of the original items.

I will have my "Stickers for your other car" in all stock colors and tu-tones. I will not have the display because I did not want to haul it all over the country.

Several years ago, a member asked me if I thought his idea about a bling mod would sell to members of the Forum. I responded that he could chrome dog poop and call it an SSR must have aftermarket item, and members would buy it.

I was correct..... if you have custom items to sell, bring 'em, they will get sold. The great thing about home made SSR memorabilia is limited production and maximum thought and time expended in producing these items.

Thanks for the interest. This is my old thread about them for sale - leather covers for shifter balls (both 6-spd and auto) There are lot's of pictures. Not sure if you have an auto, but now I also have a chrome/red (as well as all red covers) that would look good on yours.

I'll be bringing a few things to sell.

1. SSR armrests.
2. SSR Keyholders.
3. SSR parking signs.
4. '03 thru '06 wooden SSR plaques.

I will also be selling SSR letter openers. I don't have them yet, so I couldn't take a picture of them. As soon as I get them I'll post another pic.

I will also be selling Linda's (LTsSSR) SSR greeting cards.
