Don't want to rain on the parade, but 51st Ave is under construction from the Ak Chin community north past Southern - down to one lane, restricted left turns, some rough pavement, some dirt, mostly a pain in the differential! I came through there from Tucson Tuesday afternoon to avoid the inner loop of I-10, and won't go there again! Check conditions with ADOT before you go.... After construction is done, might be a good cruise.
