Wish I could be with you folks! I graduated from NAU and lived in Flagstaff for a number of years, I love Sedona! I CA now and really miss Northern Arizona. Ya'll have fun!
Wait just a damned minute! 39 celebrating for the 55th time equals 94. There is no way! Duane may be that old, but not the lovely Elaine!! Elaine, we hope to make it for your 39th birthday celebration - even 39 is hard to believe. How did you end up with an old fart like what's-his-name?

There's something on your nose ....wait, you missed a spot
The party is looking good, I am working on hotel rates and will post them in the next couple of days. Happy to see all of our friends in town, again.
See you in Sedona
Duane
Duane,
I'm 95% sure you can count us in as we'll be returning to Calif from Lakewood CO with a stop in the Sedona area. Looking forward to seeing what kind of hotel rates you can come up with.
- Jeff
Does any one know anything about renting what is called an earthship? I here there are some in Sedona, AZ." instead of the tradesional Motel. Just wondering?
Raider Keith;
Thought I was having another of those "senior moments" and didn't want to ask what I missed re hotels and rates, so I'm really glad BlueSSR asked those questions! Where y'all stayin'?
BlueThunder & LloGer - Where are you folks staying for the Sedona party? If we can get rooms there, I'll swear we never met you and I won't ask you to post bail for us...!
If you don't tell us, we'll hunt you down and embarass you (I know, really hard to do, but we'll try.)

What you need a room for?
Litchfield Park to Sedona is only 123 miles and I understand you're a heavy lead foot type so that less then a 2 hrs drive.

I don't know where we're staying, Blue Thunder made the reservations. I guess he'll have to let you know...............if he wants to. LOL

Sorry guys. I have been out of the office since noontime.
We are driving over early Saturday morning. The event is in the afternoon to early evening, so we opted to get a room at the edge of Phoenix that is on our way home. Nice Ramada for $69 a night. It also makes the drive home shorter. We intend to have breakfast Sunday morning, and leave for home around 9 a.m. Here is the link:

I was looking online for reasonable rooms.......checked out the COOL SEDONA.com page and see that the Kings Ransom has rooms for 120.00-130.00 a King or two Queens. They are newly remodeled. Looked nice on the website. Good location and close to our house.

That must be some other Ol Basta...oops Buzzard you're talking about. I have no speeding tickets in the R!! (knock wood) We have friends in Flagstaff we will probably see for breakfast Sunday a.m., and I'm much too old to drive to Sedona, back to LP, then to Flagstaff, back to LP. Blueeyes has issues with driving at night, and I have issues with driving after a couple of brews , so we will probably opt for a room. Looking forward to seeing everyone again.
For Duane - what would you like us to bring, and how many folks will attend? (so we know how much to bring)
