there's a Mimi's Cafe at 1220 N. Dysart Road, just 2 1/2 miles south of the BR store, and 2nd light north of the I-10 on Dysart. I think we'll go there for breakfast about 7:30-8:00 or so. See you there?
For those not familiar with the West Valley (damnear East LA!), Mimi's Cafe on Dysart Road is 1/2 block north of I-10 on the west side, exit on Dysart Road. Mimi's is just 2.3 miles south of Indian School Road where the B&R is located (Showtime!!). If you're looking for 130th Avenue, it's Dysart.
Will we see you there Saturday morning, 7:30-7:45 or so?
Larry & Nancy, we'll save you a seat at the grown-up's table!!
Debbie and I are planning to attend the show & shine. At least for a little while....... We're having breakfast at Mimi's with my daughter...... It was gonna be a nice quiet breakfast..... Just Kelli (my 30-ish daughter from San Diego), Amanda (her good friend from Laveen), Debbie and me... We were then gonna drag her up to the show and shine to meet some of you guys...
Looks like "quiet" is out the window and the chance to gently introduce her to the gang will be impossible........
See you at Mimi's
Mike & Deb

Well..... it appears that we are planning on dragging our tired bodies out of bed at the crack of dawn and leave here around 7am so we can meet everybody for breakfast before the show & shine.
Big Thank You goes out to Goerge at Baskin & Robbins for having us come out and invade his Ice Cream shop.
It was great to see all that showed up today, even Betty & Fuji drove over to join us this morning.
Thanks to George for the WONDERFUL ice cream. Had a great time, should do it again! It was great to see Fuji and Betty drive over all the way from CA just for a scoop!
that looks like a vw EOS convertable hard top hope its not having trouble
Nope! A rental Sebring convert - ladies saw the SSR's and hoped we could help get the tonneau down. We had a great time laughing at each other, and they were last seen headed 2 miles south to meet the rental company's rep with a replacement car - their car still with the tonneau upright.
My SSR: Slingshot Yellow VIN 20778 Born 05 May 2005 (05/05/05)
