Sedona or Prescott

Some real nice properties in these towns. Now we need to sell this one.

Haven't looked at property in either area for a while but Sedona has traditionally been more expensive than Prescott. Both are beautiful!

Whoops...forgot who I was again...this is from Randi, not Rob

I'd think you would like Quartzsite, AZ.

Only the month of January when its the biggest swap meet in the world. My best friend lives in Weimer, TX (a Needles transplant) and returns to Quartzsite every year to sell. The rest of the year its just the biggest empty RV lot

Sedona is beautiful, and more spendy than the Prescott area.

You might want to look at Camp Verde, which is about 30 miles south of Sedona, it has mild winters, is a great little town with the Verde River running through it, and is much more reasonably priced.

Also, if you like cold winters, Williams is beautiful and close to fishing, hunting and is on I 40.

I like Williams, I won't mind moving there. The thing that worries me there is they have a water shortage issues.
