Smart Car Body Kits - The Cayman Club
..You just take the original image and then squish it down about halfway widthwise, then cut the wheels out from the original image with part of the fender and paste that on top of the squished version and it will look like the tires are meant to be there

I think they should really make those cars like that...
...half the size half the price though I'm sure they wouldn't be tall people friendly...
