Do you have a favorite type of food? We will work on getting our Tucson group together for dinner. How about Wednesday or Thursday night?

I'm sure Doophus will want to come -- even though he has his hand out! LOL

We'll also get our newest members, Broken Aero (Steve & Julie Kelley).

We have a new couple on the west side but he is not normally available except Monday/Tuesday I believe.

Smokey & BlueSSR will definitely be there.

Most of the group is on the Northwest side of town so we will try to find a meeting place that is easy for everyone. How familiar are you with Tucson? The Tucson Mall area has quite a few restaurants as does River/Campbell area.

Let us know and I'll enlist the Doophus to help plan!

Wednesday would probably work best for me. I spend a lot of time on the road and stay away from national chain dining establishments. I like visiting local restaurants. Don't really have a favorite food. You pick it and I'll be there.

Been to Tucson a few times. From what I recall it's pretty easy to get around. My traffic app will get me where I need to be.

Doophus....your first beverage is on me.

Sounds like a winner to me . . . I'll be there.

Just an FYI . . . if anyone is setting their GPS via ZIP Code, I noticed they have the incorrect ZIP in their address. The correct ZIP is 85750, NOT 85705.

We definitely don't want to upset the GPS.

Great time tonight!

We ended up with 7 of us getting together tonight! Our only missing Fanatic was Tucson SSR Jim and I know he wasn't getting off work until late.....

Wonderful visiting with Jim (Bagger) and his choice of restaurant was outstanding.

Finished dinner and decide to go out to play with the SSRs...... but mother nature said.... only if you want to play in heavy rain, thunder & lightening! Oh well... we stayed put for awhile and visited some more.

Great to have the rain too, although, we didn't get any rain on our side of town!

Thank You

Thanks Tuscon Fanatics for a wonderful evening. The next time the job takes me out this way, I'll add a day and bring the sticks. To steal a motorcycle adversting phrase from the 60's: "You meet the nicest people while owning a SSR."

I think it's great that SSR fanatics get together when they can. It must be nice to live in an area where there are other SSR fanatics close by for meets, cruises & whatever. Sal
