what the heck is this
I have a friend visiting in Flagstaff and he saw this in a grocery store, it didn't have a sign, what is it?

Machell It is a hybred vegitable called romanesco (cross between broccoli and cauliflower).

The only cross between broccoli and cauliflower I've seen looks like green cauliflower...never have seen this.
