2 hour dogsleeding trip today across the continental divide into British Columbia, was a fabulous run and the dogs were GREAT! I even got to mush, fantastic experience!!! Will post a link to the photos later.

Nace I live just outside Edmonton about an hour SW. I have a 2005 black SSR, 6 spd with flames. Am seriously considering going to Peachland in June. What is the exact date.

donna, welcome to the site, there is a bunch of us here in edmonton. probably 15-18 in the city. a bunch of us get together when we can and cruize around, go for suppers etc. we are going to penticton on june 19th to the 22nd, you can find out more on the site . go to forums and go to pacific and you'll see the penticton cruize thread. if you come to the city let me or frank (frankmp) know and we will try to meet. you can also pm me. can't wait to meet another alberta ssr owner. nathan

Nathan,

We were on our way back home after meeting with you in Edmonton. This flamed black SSR was blasting by the other way just out of Jasper. Pulled an instant u-turn, the black SSR pulled over. Holy crap - it's a girl - driving a 6 speed.!!! Told Donna about Penticton and the website. Pretty neat graphics on it advertising her clothing embroidery/embossing business.

See you in June.

ray, yeah i've done a few u-turns too. thats how i met richard & marilyn (yellow 05 super-charged) snows melting here, we'll be driving ssr's soon

Hold off the driving for a bit yet - had the 22nd annual Edmonton Boat Show snowstorm during the Boat Show. Haven't missed getting snow that week for 22 years.

Took out the windshield of my rental car with a rock chip. It was just a circle till it turned -16 on Friday night. It cracked all the way across within a few minutes of getting some heat on it.

Donna is registered for the Cruise. Time to get the rest of that Edmonton group rolling. Our hotel reservations expire April 18th. Still 12 rooms left.
