Glad you found us. I knew of one SSR owner in Chilliwack - found two others while talking to people at the boat show - all from the Chilliwack area. Hopefully, they will join us on the forum - easiest way to stay in touch. One of the SSRs is being supercharged - waiting for the computer to be reprogrammed.

They all seemed interested in joining us in Penticton.

Coming to the Fraser Valley wouldn't happen for me until early May, once the roads are cleaned up. There's a really neat car show in Peachland on the Sunday of the May longweekend - I plan on being there - any interest in meeting at that show?

With Sandy and Wayne playing Pied Piper, you could have an 8 SSR caravan heading out, and we could probably round up 3 or 4 in the Okanagan to meet up with us.

welcome to the site,,lots to learn here and always a chuckle or two,,one thing we miss about moving to the island is the trips around the fraser valley and washington state..we only go over to canada about 3 times a year,,don't like the ferries,,we are looking forward to going to the penticton beach cruise in june and hope to meet you then..doug.

welcome to the site..there is no formal list of runs, but the 1st big event for us b.c. people will be the penticton beach cruise on the june 22 weekend that flash is talking about a few posts ahead of this one,,,our u.s. pals will be joining us and it is sure to be fun,,there is a post on this run on the site but i don't know how to post the link..

Welcome to the site - you can add more details - first name, year, color, transmission and serial number (last 5 digits) of SSR so we know more about you. You can also add that information to the thread listing VIN numbers in the General section.

Here's a link to the Penticton Cruise - we've got several SSRs coming from Langley, Abbotsford, Chilliwack and Vancouver Island - you're welcome to join us. Great way to meet more SSR owners. Oh - by the way - if you happen to have a Pacific Blue, you gotta come!!!. Those babies are rare.

Also, if you check under Calendar in the headers above, Sandy added the Penticton run. It's a good way to see what's coming up, but the Events section of the forum is the best.

Some events are pretty big - I think 103 SSRs went to Laughlin in January.

Hey Peter, your SSR sounds totally fabulous. I can't wait to see it. You must be a very patient person to wait for all those goodies to be finished.
As far as your address, is it near here? I know there is a Mt. Lehman road just east of here in Abbotsford. Sorry if I'm wrong, haven't pulled out the atlas yet.
As far as gettting a cruise day together here in the valley, we're working on it. This year seems to be a good one with all the new members popping up. Come the warmer weather we'll be out and about

Flassh, I did a search of B.C. addresses for that list. There are some names that may not be members anymore. I will pm all of the new ones and may remind the ones I've already pm'd - Alberta and beyond!!!!!
Doug (dyoung) was kind enough to let me know about Bob McConnell's passing. I will let Troy know, perhaps he will remove Bob's membership name.
