Lowering springs

Sorry I can't help with your questions but I have one for you. Is the point of lowering the rear more than the front to level it out?

Eibach normally designs its kits to make the gap between the top of the tire to the wheel opening the same front and rear. Since the rear sits higher to begin with, they lower the rear more.
