1st Photo Contest for 2006

OK, thanks to Big Jim's suggestions, we have selected the topic for the 1st Photo Contest for 2006.

The theme will be "SSR's in Motion"

Official Rules:
1) No Photoshop entries allowed
2) Must contain an SSR in motion
3) Must be an attachment (so the poll can work correctly)
4) Start time: Monday, 01/16/2006 at 12:00 PM EST
5) First 10 qualified pictures will be selected for the poll
6) 7 days of voting from members will determine the winner
7) Prize - (Anyone have something?)

Ok, MARK AND THE GANG.

I thought about it, and I'll build another small SSR pinewood derby car similar to mine. The winnier will have to let me know what color theirs is or the color they would like it and I'll paint it up that way and get it out ASAP. I'm heading out to the shop now to get started.


Added two shots of the give away car.

Just finished sanding it today around 3:30. Added a carved interior and a removable bed cover to store the keys inalong with the remote.

This shot is one of my favorite moving shots. We were following Bob Walczyk's two tone SSR heading towards Lansing on our way to the Homecoming Day activities. To see our SSRs in a group again brings back a lot of great memories to me... what an exciting day we all had there.

BTW: Does anyone know whose SSR that is in front of me?
