NOT!! Black isn't even really a "color"...it is a lack of color that makes something black.

Black is actually composed of all colors becuase it absorbs all the colors of the spectrum.

White is not a color because it refelcts all the colors of the spectrum.

I guess it depends on whose definition you decide to use:

http://www.webopedia.com/DidYouKnow/...2002/Color.asp

Note 3d paragraph: "Black is the absence of light and therefore the absence of color."

I think it depends on whether you are talking about light or solids (like a truck).
With lights black is the absence of color, with solids black is all colors.

Now if I didn't shine a light on my black truck, what color would it be?

That depends on how fast you are going and if the headlights are on or off

Well everyone,

GM sent to us the LAST PAINTED REDLINE RED SSR for track duties and didn't tell us until the day before we were to give them out for the Indianapolis 500 in early April.

This will be for sale and would be one to consider if you were looking for something special in an SSR. It is marked in the Brickyard 400 graphics package and you will be able to view it at www.pacecarregistry.com if you like.

To have the LAST ONE PAINTED IN THIS COLOR???

Well it is being used for the Brickyard 400 and will be sold off in late August. If you are interested in this it is going to a local Chevrolet dealer as the rest will go to auction . . . . . . . . .A sad day . . . . . as we will no longer have these for event use. . . . ever . . . . . . . . . .and ever . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
