This is a tough contest... Here is a pic just after the sun disappeared on the New Mexico horizon. If this doesn't count for night or nightfall, please feel free to disqualify.

Your shot qualifies because it is an early night shot and it is beautiful!
Just for fun I thought I would take some liberty with your great photo and try out some other later night images.

I love the mods. I did nothing to the photo initially (as is the rules) but I was worried it was a bit too dark for those with PCs to see - the gamma on the monitors tends to make the pics look darker than on my Mac.
I'm pleased and a little embarrassed everyone seems to like it. Thanks!

What did you polish your truck with to get it to reflect the heavens like that? Zaino? Liquid Glass? An old cat?

Heh - old cats work great - the only problem is in order to use the soft side on your paint, the scratchy side is always aimed toward your arm.

Here is a little surprise that I sent John (jwthomp) as June's Photo Contest winner.
It is HIS Redline that I made a "mirror reflection" out of. (His was a high definition copy, but you can get the idea!)
He can print it out, use it as a screen saver or background, or BOTH!
