My SSR:
The 397 is different than the 500. Is the engraving the same on all of them? I didn't pay attention to the last one that was pictured.

The engraving is correct - looks exactly the same on mine.
After looking at mine closely, I think the 500 plaques were pre-stamped with the same information (too perfect to be hand engraved) , and each had individual numbers hand engraved.

The number is actually 387.
Very tempting. My serial number is 23387.
It's already double what I paid for the first one.

haven't looked at the $$$ recently but I think the last one on ebay went for close to $1K

No, that means I would not spend that much $$$ on a dust collector.
That said, the pewters will appreciate in price, just like any limited edition collectible.
