Problem with Gold Bright

My purchase arreived today and there is NO CHARGER IN THE BOX !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

"Here is a new in the box and never removed remote control Chevrolet SSR. Light gold color with red and blue stripes. Some minor box rub on the drivers side rear, see pictures. RC features forward - reverse -left and right steering. Great for any RCD fan or Chevy SSR fan or owner!! Approx 12 inches long"

Your ebay description I think is false!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
See the pics below!!!!!!!!

That box had been opened some where in time. You can tell by the condition of the tape on the ends and the condition of the plastic tiedowns under the foam. It says to use the 7.2V charger supplied (batteries not supplied of course). I'm sure if I install (fully charged) rechargable batteries it will run, however, copcarcollector stated that is was "new in the box" which means it should have had the charger in it. I have already repaired the box and reglued the clear cellophane. grimmye
