I have a couple bumper pieces off my New Bright SSR that I would like to get rechromed. Do you know of any place that can make these little plastic bumper pieces look like new.
I found a guy in Madison Wisconsin that chromes plastic pieces both for Model Cars and for interior pieces of full size cars and trucks. If you want his name and company let me know. he looks reasonable in price.
My SSR: #23198 06 Blue 3SS #375 of 532 - Birthday 12/21/05 - Took delivery 9/5/06 (2nd owner)

Can't hurt to post it here, but send me a PM as well if you would please.

I spent a lot of $$$ on vacuum plating before hdflstf found D & S. It is garbage - it's dull and strips off in no time.
Thanks for the credit but I didn't find them....
FWIW the vacuum metalizing is not even close to real plating and will not hold up when exposed to the elements. Luckily even vacuum metalized parts can be stripped and chrome plated.
