Light Weight SSR jacket - 3X

I have a brand new lightweight SSR jacket from ChevyMall - still in the plastic, never opened. The size is 3X. Here's a link to the jacket. ChevyMall

As you can see, they sell the 3X for $65 - I will sell mine for $50 plus shipping. The problem? It's a 3X and I'm not.

I got it for a gift, and can't return it. I thought maybe I'd grow into it...
