1/4 mile times

hello everyone i just recently purchased a 04 ssr and i was wondering if anyone knew the 1/4 mile time on a stock ssr? I viewed different times I seen 15.7 , i seen 15.3 I was just wondering which was more accurate. So far I added a flashpaq superchip, tb spacer , k&n intake tub and filter and next was thinking about doing 4.10 gears. I havent took it to the track yet , but im curious to know what it would run now. If anyone can point me in the right direction to what i should do to give me that performance i beg for then write back, thanks every little bit is very appreciated.

6Speed is right with a super charger you have a hotrod when you hit the gas and your stock SSR when you don't, Same or better gas mileage when you drive down the road, I never got my 04 to the strip when it was stock but would be lucky to run in the 15's from the feel, After the super charger I run 13.80's I think and then built the tranny up and a PI torque converter, Still drives like stock but man when you get on it, Then it run 13.30's, That is close because I am trying to remember as I made so man changes, Just me but paying to go from 3.73 gears to 4.10 is a waste of money, Just some thoughts

Definitely a Magnacharger, install a corvette servo. Search our site for the info on gears. You will get the hang of it by seeing what the rest of us have been doing, small or big, and how much fun you are about to have, your canvas awaits... Best reading for ideas you request is JimG's book on the SSR, buy it right here on the forum...
