To be sure, you can select modify tune, and set the limiter to 'off', then reinstall the tune.
Fan temps are lowered a bit in the tunes.

Thanks

Thanks. I was hoping I wasn't just imagining the cooler temps. It never ran real hot (only had it a month now). Before tune it stayed mostly at 200-210, idling would go to 220ish. Now after the Diablo tune it mostly stays at 195, idling 210. the take off stumble is definitely gone also. I can't swear if it's any faster or not, I don't get on it that much but it does seem more responsive with better drivability. I put the highest tune, even though the Calif gas is rated at 91. No apparent detonation from the engine.
Some day when I'm out on an open road I may check to see if the limiter is really off!

Any thoughts out there that can help me in my delimma.
I reprogrammed mine to 149mph limit. I havn't run up to that limit yet, but with the reprogramming I did with my Hyper Tech unit I have taken it up to 135+ when it shiffted in to 4th than I backed out of it after it got up to 137mph.
