My SSR: 2004 Slingshot Yellow WITH CUSTOM TUNE BY JERERMY
Car tuned
I just had my car tuned by Jerermy yesterday what a difference in performance and the car is running cooler. If anyone has not had there car tuned by Jerermy it the best money you can spend to make your R run better and cooler.

Dick I had to control myself on the way home all I wanted to do was to step into it all the time, the trany shifts a lot more stiffer it does not slide into gear and the temp does not go above 196 F. the throttle response is totally different than it was All I have to say is my permagrin is so wide it wraps around the back of my head!

I'm glad I did...it runs better, shifts better, runs cooler, responds quicker & more aggressively than before.
Anyone coming to Maggie Valley this year who would like to get a tune PM me. With enough people Jeremy will come to us. It will take around ten tunes, and so far it is just me and a couple of other people that have shown interest. If a couple more are interested I'll start a thread and maybe git-er-done.

KNIGJIM, I sent Jeremy my ECM, TCM and throttle body about a month ago for his tune and throttle body porting. Got it back 1 week later, runs like a different car. To say I'm pleased is an understatement so far. With the weather we have been having I've only had it out a couple times. It still runs at 210 degrees though, I think that has something to do with the LS2 engine, but I haven't asked him. Good luck, Harv.
It really isn't that hard to find a good tuner, Just make sure you find someone that knows what he is doing, Like a friend of mine if you don't like it you don't pay for it, Everyone has paid him so far, A computer tune is the only way to go

My recent tune by 2005ssr6speed (Joe) has my SSR running much cooler below the 210 mark...more like 180-190 and that was in Arizona and all the way back through West Texas a couple of weeks ago...and so far in stop/go traffic locally. Summertime will tell, but I have faith.
You don't need to live in Florida to get Jeremy's tune. In fact, you don't have to live in the States. I got my tune from Jeremy this week, and it is great.
