Looks good in pictures, but I'm a skeptic and would let someone else try it first

Brand new “Street Demon” Series turbo package for your vehicle. The most complete turbo package available for the price. This package has all new quality parts that are capable of producing well beyond 485 horsepower at 25+ PSI with supporting modifications and a built motor. This is the most complete package available compared to others at an affordable price. On a stock motor the kit will create give the motor a 50-100 horsepower gain on a low boost setting of 8 PSI. Also, the included electronic turbo timer provides a hassle-free operation of precisely calculating the cool down period to ensure a proper cool down for your turbocharged motor. Works with either automatic or manual gearboxes. This kit may allow you to keep your air conditioning and power steering for a great street setup.

LS2 or 5.3?

What does "supporting modifications and a built motor" mean?
50-100 HP gain.....which is it?
This kit "may allow you to keep your air conditioning and power steering".....

Does it or doesn't it?

I'd stay away from this setup, it's not engineered and spec'd specifically for an SSR with any certainty.

My $ .02.

I believe this to be a "Universal" kit, one size fits all type of thing. I bet this woud be a bugger to install.

It may work on a carburated, non electronic controlled engine pretty good, but I wouldn't try it on the SSR.

25 psi of boost - yeah baby. Talk about a grenade with the pin half pulled. Build as in crank, rods, pistons, block, heads..... big$$$$ to run that kind of boost.

Bogus info.

Itr's just happens I've designed and built a twin turbo kit for 94-96 Impala SS using a pair of the same very turbos in that kit.
TWIN TURBO KIT TRIM I 94-96 Impala SS Caprice 400 HP - eBay (item 350265365889 end time Dec-08-10 22:50:13 PST)

i can assure you these cannot produce 25 Psi unless you plug the outlet.
on a normal modern V8 they can do 8.5 Psi.

These are mild turbochargeres, and are good for a motor that is not modified, because thier A/R ratio and ability to move air are best suited for low-mid RPM range. When it gets up there beynd 5000 even two of them cannot support a healthy 8V anymore, which suits the premice of non modifyed engine.
So you get a good healthy kick in the middle, move your car rapid;y then, and quiet down before it gets scarry.

Now these clowns claim that single turbo can do something for LS 2.
I beg to differ.
LS2 will twist this turbo in a pretzel long before reaching it's peack.
if anything this turbo will bw a restriction and bog down the healthy LS 2,m abd the 5.3 for that matter.

he best joke is the piping.
They offer a couple of bent pipes, cost $15 apiece.
How are you going to use them to weld up the headers and downpipes, it's just not even funny.
half the description there is how the
cool down relay or box works.
Garbage.
this thing is so out of wack I give them 5 star for being the dushbags, right up there with the "Toronado" fuel savers.

Heat??

Install it if possible, put a bulging hood to clear the plumbing, fire it up and watch the whole thing melt in front of you.
You think the SSR has heat issues before adding this furnace around your engine?
This is a hand grenade with the pin pulled.

READY TO BLOW AT ANY TIME!!
