Coolant.
The Owner's Manual says 150,000 miles or 5 years. Others on the forum suggested 50,000 miles.

Transmission.
The Owner's Manual says change fluid/filter every 50,000 under normal conditions.

Note: this is from a 2004 Owners manual. You can look up the owners manual by going to mygmlink.com, then signing in with a Yahoo ID (create one if you don't have one).

How often should you change engine oil if you drive 600 miles a year & use Mobil 1?

My oil schedule would be at about 9-12 months. I'm about 2000mi. per year
I do replace the battery at 3 years needed or not.
I change the belt/hoses about 30,000 and the anti freeze slightly after.

...

I change mobile one once a year just before I put it away for winter.
I want to get the old oil out and new oil in so the bearings sit in new oil over winter. 23k on 03

I’m told when oil breaks down it produces an acid that eats into metal.
I change lawn mower and snow blower for the same reason before they sit.

I have taken the Dextron out before it has gone to mush, and put Prestone back in

I would suggest a trans flush at 50K if you are a gentle driver in a State with modest temperatures. If you drive harder than the average motorist and/or live in a warm climate then 35K is a better interval.

Trans/Radiator Flush

I have Trans done at 30K.

I just had my OEM fan go out so I had them flush the radiator at the same time they replaced the fan.

3rd Fan all under warranty.

OEM changed at 11K miles and now again at 36K.

Uh Dick, Clearwater, Fl, Dyno @ 128mph, 4.10 gears, Magnaflow, K&N, port/polished throttle. I think you're firmly in Greg's second catagory.
