Fuel pumps

Does anyone know if the 5.3L and the 6.0L have the same fuel pump.
My 04 SSR has a cam headers stall converter and a 411 geared Ford 9 inch.
when it was being dynoed the fuel presure would drop at the manifold from 55lbs to 46 lbs at higher RPMS with 100% duty cycle on the injectors with no voltage loss. I know I need a different fuel pump ANY SUGESTIONS

I would have them check the o-rings in the fuel pressure regulator first. Your stock pump should not be dropping off like that unless they are throwing alot of PE at it under WOT.

You could have them wire a Walbro 255 pump in line between the tank and fuel rails with a hobs switch set to come on at a certain rpm.

I would check what Joe told you and a cam, The other mods wouldn't change your fuel or your IDC that much if any so I would check your tune also, I just can't see any cam running your injector duty cycle close to the 80% where they would need to be upgraded
