help gear swap no speedo fix

Folks I need some help I made a gear swap(456) and was told by diablo sport that they could build me a custom tune for my Predator that would correct my speedo Long story short after 3 tunes I am now told that they cant fix my problem. AS you already know this leaves me with a problem, my speed shop is looking at ways to help me but doesnt know of any LS2 ssr software at this time. Can anyone help me with info on how to correct my problem. ALSO after several dyno runs the Predator tuner was good for (4) peak HP. Big gains at low and mid range, much better shifting etc. Any help would be great Thanks

Westers should be able to do a tune for you. They did mine.

Tell your speed shop to look at LS2 Edit (carputing.com) or HP Tuners (hptuners.com). They both work with the CAN architecture computers used with the LS2.

The Superchips programmer also has areas you can change for variances in gears and tires to correct the speedo.

Page 7 of the Superchips manual for the 05-06 SSR shows the 4:56 as well as other sizes, you can view here: http://www.superchips.com/force_down...ion_pdf-60.pdf

I swear I posted here yesterday, so if this is being deleted, please let me know why.

I don't know who told you that we CAN'T fix the issue.
We are still looking into this issue so we can rectify this situation for you and several other SSR owners that have our product and need a fix for their speedos as well.
We are currently seeking a local vehicle that we can get into the shop for a few hours so we can actually see why these tunes are not working properly.
As soon as we can get this accomplished I will let everyone here know about it.

Also keep in mind that we will be adding full TCM support to these tools in the future, which will allow you to make these changes yourself through the Predator.

Thanks
Mike

Good news.
Big thanks to Pasta Mike as he is local to us and has offered to let us take a look at his truck.
I'll be setting something up with him next week, and I will let everyone know what we find.

Thanks
Mike

I read these post throughout the day weekdays and don't recall seeing a post from you.....also the moderators don't TOTALLY delete posts. They will EDIT posts with a comment as to why it was edited. So most likely your post got lost in a bit bucket somewhere before it reached here.......just to let you know.

contact Bryan Herter at PCM for Less.
He dialed my 2005 Auto with 4.56 gears dead nuts on!

I have used 6 different "tuners". there is alot of B.S. out there.
I paid the price , paid the dues. PCM for LESS is a lock.

I am very serious about the pains I went through and the financial costs to have my SSR function the way I WANT it to.

I will be happy to answer any questions you may have.
You will not regret using PCM for LESS.
