Eibachs on mine. About 1" in front and 1.56 in the rear. It doesn't seem like much but the look is improved and the ride is still good. It's not too low that I can't haul anything and the alignment up front can still be set.
You're welcome to come over to HB for a look and/or a ride any time.
You can also lower just the rear like some have done and it give it a nice level stance. The added benefit to lowering just the rear is that I have alot more traction then I did before.

before i bought my coils to lower my ssr, i put the clamps from parts store to lower the rear of my ssr then welded the nuts so i could driver around town and see if i bottomed out, lowerd the back two inchs and found no diff in handling city or turn pike..........lowerd back now two, and front 1.5 looks and rides great, will post new pics
Can anything help me to find a good set of Springs for my SSR 06. How low can I do and still keep a smooth ride?
I lowered the back only with Eibachs. The front and back are now the same height.
That is the look I was after. No differance in ride except it handles better in the curves.

I have done the same with the same results........One thing to add is if you plan to install a front lip spoiler.......do not lower the front............Wolfie

My SSR: "Babe" '06 Pacific Blue/Chrome/6pd #22407, born 10/14/'05, and #21393, died 2/16/'07.
I used Eibachi front and rear, and also cut 1/2 coil off the front. I like the extreme raked hot rod look, which is only accentuated by the KDW2s (smaller fronts/taller rears). The ride is firm and bouncy, like a truck is supposed to be. Not for everyone, but my Babe is firmly planted and stuck to the road, and it feels great!
