The best results seem to come from a custom tune (ala Westers, Joe Delano, Jeremy Formato etc.) as far as hand held tuners I think Diablo preditor seems to be the most popular.

Welcome and for the price of a hand held you can get a real tune, Just find someone close that can do the job, A friend of mine just tuned a 05 that the guy tuned with a Diablo and he was very happy he said it even sounded different and run a lot better

thanks guys i think i will go with diablo has any one changed the thermostatic to 180 i also have a leaky pinion seal has any one repalced the seal

I replaced the pinion seal on someone else's SSR a while back. It was a CHORE compared to the other different types of vehicles of done. If you want to do-it-yourself, let me know, and I will see if I can write up a how-to...

As far as the stat goes, I've thought about it, but I haven't done research on it. SSR is weird when it comes to cooling, I haven't been winging it and making on-the-fly changes I would usually make. Maybe someone else can pitch in their .02
