So if the throttle blade is opening by itself, then it is something else causing it to throttle up and not a vacuum leak?

That is correct, it will open a little on starup but not enough to get to that rpm.

Just talked to my mechanic, He has it running right now. He had apparently not got a good seal with the intake gaskets, so he put a pair of new ones on and all is well. I will get it in the morning and try myself.......

Well I finally got her back today! Washed her up and she is running great. I still have that hesitation on the throttle tip, but that will be next issue....

The one problem I'm having is my rear tires are getting more mileage than my front ones.

The hesitation you feel is in the timing tables (idle, HOT and LOT tables), airflow tables and torque management. You can tune it all out.

I am glad everything is running again, now comes the fine tuning.

I spoke with reece at MTI today, he says the hesitation is part of the supercharger, but he'll try one more time next week to see if he can get it out..........

The product warranty covers the product and not the labor for R&R or shipping to the manufacturer. As with any product you are required to remove and send it in for warranty work, they will cover fixing and shipping it back.
