The directions are included with the frame stiffening plate by Mike in AZ as it is suggested that both kits be installed.

When there is chassis flex, the chassis actually sort of becomes a part of the steering "system", but not in a good way. The "assist" that the frame flex contributes to steering the car rarely happens in a neutral or consistant manner. It kind of flip-flops on either side of neutral. It's really bad on modified for racing unibody cars with lots of torque. The fix isn't as easy as adding a beefy brace.
