Octane Boosters

Live in a state where 91 octane gas is pretty much the highest rated you can buy. I have a 2006 and have been using the 91 with no problem but wonder if I might be limiting performance without a bit more octane.

Anyone have any experience pro or con with adding certain octane booster products? Noticeable difference or not? Any downside to doing so with the LS2 and this vehicle?

Thanks.

I seem to find a bit more mpg when using 93 but not enough to notice except on the DIC.

If you can get your hands on Lucus Fuel Injection cleaner that will not only boost your octane it will keep your system clean. Its about 30.00 a gallon it good for 200 gallons of gas I use it. It works great for me.

I read the bottle it does not say whether it has alcohol or not you may have to go to the lucus web sight to get that. I made a mistake a gallon treats 400 gallons of fuel instead of 200 gallons like I said.
