Question about tuning

I know this is prob a stupid question but I have a 2004 ssr the truck was tuned by a company in Louisiana when it got my cam
Put in. At the time it was dyno tuned it was tuned with a the cam and cai kit. Since then I have mikes tranny cooler, yank 3000 stall, 4.30 gears, 1 7/8 kooks headers, magnaflow catback and ported and polished throttle body. Should I get my truck retuned? Will I see any difference if I do get it retuned? Reason I ask bc after the 4.30 gears I did get the speedo calibrated but after every mod I call this company up and say do I need to get it retuned ad they always say no you should be good. This company also has a policy where you pay for the tune 1 time and the retunes are free. I just don't see how I add mods and he hit it right on the head the first time. All responses are appreciated just weighing my options if it's time to go there and press the issue or move on to another company. Thanks

You need a retune after the headers, PP throttle body and catback. You don't need one for the mikes trans cooler and yank 3k stall connvertor. So if they didnot want to retune/ check it, I would find another tuner and get it retuned. Where are you located? If we know where you are at, there might be a tuner close to you someone could reccommend to you.
