Thumbs up Rear Frame Brace Install

Just got back from a test drive after installing my new 4 bolt rear frame brace to replace the skinny single bar, 2 bolt, stock unit. I didn't really expect much of a difference. But I am impressed! The R has a noticibly more solid road feel now. Much less cowl shake, (I had the top down) although some is still present. Money well spent, considering how easy it was to bolt that baby on. I ordered my parts at my local Chevy dealer and took 5 days to arrive. The brace bar, part # 15076943 and 4 bolts, part #11519894 out the door for $65.27

I got mine installed yesterday, I think i did noticed a little difference. I have not tried it with the top down yet. The total was 74.00 without the bolts, they wanted 6.00 apece for the bolts, I supose they are the harden type, anyway got the bolts at True Value for 6.00 for all four.If you do not order the bolts from GM be careful to get the right ones, I believe they are 10mm with 150 pitch.
