I suggest doiing one at a t time so you can guage the improvements from each. I have an 04 and the Superchips is very effective and easy. It also lets you select 4.10 or 4.56 gear settings.

I would do the tune first, its quick and cheap. you may also want to consider a full custom computer tune that will more effectively improve peformance, but is a little more and done by a shop. The cost of the gear change varies depending on the gears you buy, raning from $300 to $700, then count on about 4 -5 hours for labor.
Since you are new, the easiest way to get information is to use the "search" button inthe toolbar and type in the topic or keywords and it will find all of the discussions that have taken place on the topic. Tons of good information here. good luck!

The speedometer correction is not a problem on the 03-04's but if you want to save some money towards the new gear, try the tune done by Bryan Herter at www.pcmforless.com ... It kicks butt and is alot less @ $250.00. When you do modify your truck in the future, he'll update your tune for a mere $25.00. This guy is awesome... and he made my truck awesome too.

Yes, for 4.10's only. I just received two sets of 4.10's from J & S, one for auto and one for a six speed.
