Question Still have hesitation at idle!!

Ever since I first put my magnacharger on I have had this hesition and almost slight bog when it is at idle when the engine warms up. It is not bad when it is cold. Since then I have had the magnacharger and the engine rebuilt and still have the bog and hesitation at idle. Once i get some RPMs on it, it is fine. I have had Reece over at MTI tune it and he seems to think it is some sort of vacuum leak. any ideas what it might be? I'm thinking of pulling the plugs and putting new ones in. By the way what should the gap of the NKG TR6 plus be?

The NGK TR6 Plugs need to be gapped at .035 I would add more idle timing and mess with the airflow tables to clear up the hesitation you are seeing.

Is there anything else that you think it possibly be??, Ive had it to two tuners and they can't get it out. It runs great with no warning lights or anything. plugs, wires, sensors?

I would try the new plugs first as you may be getting spark scatter at idle?

Has your throttle body been ported? I usually see these problems with a ported throttle body. I only recommend a stock LS2/7 throttle body as they are less prone to idle issues.

The throttle body has not been ported, I'm going to get a fresh set of plugs and try that......
