Very Nice!! I love it when an engine comes together! I am sure you are going to have a great time breaking your previous records with this one.

Thanks Greg, I went over kill on this motor but after what happen to the engine last year I don't want to go through that again and with the T&D shaft mounts it turns over so much smoother than it did, Tore the tranny down to after all the years of racing it and some small clutch ware was all there was, That 4l60 will take a lot more than I thought it would
Well it was sure fun breaking the engine in for a while, I have put over 200 miles on it and yesterday I pulled on a country road and went about 3/4 throttle and bang it hit the rev limiter and rolled to a stop, No forward gears just reverse so I drove it home in reverse, 04 SSR 23,000 miles has had 3 engines and two transmissions and two rear ends, If it wasn't so much fun I would have stoped at $70,000
Yes it is and even with a friend in front of me with his flashers on and me driving alone in reverse with my flashers on the names I was called by people passing by on both sides while I was driving down the highway was unreal, I do think if I saw the same thing I would have the brains to know the guy has a problem and it wouldn't be to safe to make him any madder by calling him names, Will start on it tomorrow and see how it looks
