Cruffle's

I was at my friendly Coffee Importers the other day, and I was intorduced to a Cruffle. One of the girls working there asked me if I wanted to try a nice little treat, and she had me follow her into another office where she opened this little white box up. I saw what looked like Truffles You know the kind,.. rich chocolate with a even richer creamy filling.

I was informed before I tried it, that it was not a "Truffle", rather it was a "Cruffle". It was called that because the interior was a deliciously moist piece of cake hand dipped in a vanilla coating.

OMG, I cannot tell you how good it was.

Who said anything about the pig. If I was to give my wife a box of Cruffles, I think she would be a lot more grateful then if I gave her a couple of pork chops with a ribbon around them.

Well, personally I would rather have the sweet little piggy. (alive of course not pork chops) Po piggy always picked on.

I do not think a box of Cruffles would travel well.. at least in my truck
