What’s the chance of getting you to bring out your show car and commit to another upcoming fun “CARS” promotion w/ Radio Disney???? Details below….

“CARS PROMOTION” – Promoting the release of the Walt Disney movie “CARS” on DVD!

Client: Centex Homes – Wakefield Model Homes Addition (GRAND OPENING)

Location: 1237 Tarpon Ct. Burleson Tx. 76028

Date: Saturday 9/16/06

Time: 11a – 1p w/ set up at 10am

RD will be on-site for Grand Opening of this new home addition in Burleson Tx. w/ a pre-show “CARS” party in front of the model homes. We are wanting to have the show cars parked in the drive ways of each of the model homes. Radio Disney will be promoting the DVD release of the Walt Disney Pictures “CARS” w/ Cars related games and prizes to be given away during the appearance. We encourage you to bring your friends and/or family with you to enjoy in the fun, games, prizes and FREE FOOD!!!

Great prizes, including “Cars” merchandise

Here is another incentive for you to bring your show car and join us at this event:

* We are offering the 1st (5) people who commit to bring out their show car for this appearance will receive a PAIR of SIX FLAGS TICKETS, which can be used for their upcoming events (Fright Fest or Holiday in the Park). Please tell your friends that have show cars as well, but the first five to commit to bringing out their car will receive the pair of Six Flags tickets.

Can you let me know by Wednesday at the latest??? Please reply to this e-mail…..

Please send me names of the drivers as they confirm. Once we have a total of 8 at the most I will have to cut it off. Also everyone will receive a cool RD goodie bag for showing up.

I think Disney would be open to any classic or custom vehicle. I spoke Tera Beall, the DJ and special events coordinator, this afternoon and they are having a tough time drawing participants to the Burrelson event given the location. They are offering passes to Six Flags to the first 5 vehicles that commit in addition to the other premiums.
