I know it is short notice but we will meet at Hooters/Lakeline Sunday afternoon 3:30pm to say Howdy to "poppa" (Dan Stanco) from Massachusetts who drove his SSR all the way down here to see family including the SSR family.

So, if you can make it, please come on down and say hi to poppa.

Go to:

Hooters Texas Official Website

for directions and find the Lakeline location.

Hope to see you all there.

I am afraid I am going to be too tired to drive to Austin for the Hooters gathering. Could you move that a little closer to North Texas... May I suggest a little place called Twin Peaks. The food is better, too.

Make sure Dan behaves himself at Hooters.
I know how he gets when there are young well endowed females around.

You will also have to keep an eye on Carl (blueroadster06) too. After reading this post he made on another thread he may be trying to sign up a couple of recruits.

"I am running a half-way house for wayward Hooter's girls.....these girls have out grown their tee shirts......."

I'm looking forward to meeting any Fanatics that can make it. As for Charlie and Carl what can you say, they are what they are, both aspiring mountain climbers :^) !!

I was there for the camaraderie and the food. The people that worked there were just extra.

Just heard from SSR03 and he met 2 new potential fanatics last night at a car show. They both just bought and are supposed to meet up with us today.
Way to go Jim.

Talking Thanks All

Sorry it took me so long to get there, but work calls. I had a great time we need to schedule that more often. Thanks for the jump by the way Richard. I will look for the ground cable not connected properly on the trany.
I was very glad to meet fellow fanatics from the north. It looks like you got it going on up there. Glad to have met you both. Chris let me know when you are planning another GREAT IDEA....
Owen try and find out where those lenses came from.

Had a nice meet. Thanks to all who made it on such short notice.

Hope poppa (Dan) has a safe and fun drive back to Massachusetts, thanks for giving us the push to get together, very nice meeting you finally. Say hi to your son-in-law and thank him for coming as well.
