Focks enjoyed the pitching, but the bending over for retrieval was binding? Melvin and Machell watch the amateurs stuggle! Here are some of the cars entering Leukenboch. There may not have been any alcohol on this bridge, but that was the only place!
This is one heck of a WWII museum. Guess you could have spent a whole day. Sorta gives you a larger sense of the struggle. That funny looking yellow thing is one of the three A Bombs made in the war.
Lots went on the parking lot (most is not suitable for posting, ha) and good weather helped the situation. Some stayed at the Hangar Hotel; looks interesting!
I thought the most fun was here. The gentleman with his mouth open behind the 64 Vette is the owner of both (er, the Diner and the car, that is!) I got the birthday girl (Leanne) and hubby (Owen, thanks) in this one (see the nice Dodge beside them.) The surprise visit by Boyd was welcomed by everyone.
Johna never gets in the pics; she is always the one behind the camera. But I paid tribute here! How Focks got the cat bird's seat I'm not sure (BTW Diane is a dancin' fool.) Here are some new kids on the block, Wes and Jill Parker! Rick and Janice Foster dropped the fan on their Redline, but made it to the Diner just the same!
I put this pic in at a higher resolution; may take a moment to open. But wanted to do this to give you a peek at the custom paint on Johna's Ricochet! Nice "southwest" touch with the turqoise! Very "lady-like"; will be recoginzed as femine in gender! Stands out!
I wanted to personally thank Wayne for the nice "prizes" given at the Diner! I know that Darlene and Darvel are absolutely thrilled with the WD-40! Seriously, great touch, Wayne and Theresa!

Thanks everyone
Good Pictures. Thank you EVERYONE who attended, this was a great time even though Mrs. OP and I were sinking fast with this bug. Being sick on your birthday is no fun at all.
She really appreciated everyone celebrating her birthday with her and welcoming her parents along for the ride, they had fun meeting you all.
The owner (Bob) of Peggy Sue's Diner told me he would like to see this be an annual event at his place, sounds like a plan to me. Maybe our good health will cooperate and show up as well.
Thanks to Wayne and Machelle and anyone else involved with the raffle, even though it was rigged. And THANK YOU Nancy24 for the poster...at least she loves me
Bumnper not Thumper
Made it home without overheating. Took to the Chevy dealer to get fan replaced. Where are we going next. Great Time !!!!! Maybe my door handles will break next time,

I don't know about everyone else, but I think each time we have one of these, they're better than the last one. It was great seeing everyone again and meeting all everyone showing up for the first time. I had a blast even though my other 1/2 didn't get to come this trip. (My weekend was a lot better than his) I can't wait for the next trip.
