It's been awhile since the North Texas group did anything. The heat this past summer was unbareable. We've been known to get together over breakfast on Sunday mornings, up in Lewisville.

Hope I'm not butting in Texas biz here. But a great way to meet a bunch of R' Fanatics would be to come with us to the Laughlin Western regional R' Rally late January 2012.

Just read your touching memorial for your beloved son Sean "Shaggy". How much pain you must feel. A father loosing his son.
Praise the Lord. He wanted Sean back for duty!
You really did the right thing by joining the fanatics here. You will have a great time with these fine folks.
When I brought my R' home my wife was at first disapproving. But after we put the top down and she took control of the helm. There was NO lookin back.
Now she let's me work on it.
I had a 2000 VFR800 back in SoCal. Great bike sounded like a Saleen Mustang. I liked the gear to gear timing no chain. Sweet sound!
Now I have a 2008 Kaw Concours14. Put 40k miles on here. Mostly up in the Ponderosas.
I really hope you have as much fun as Debbie and I are having with the R' and the Fanatics.

my son Sean aka Shagy loved Chevies, Vettes, HHR which i own too and supercharged and had a Honda cruiser 700 bike and i own a Honda Pacific 800

love that bike too
supercharged my HHR and might if i come into the money supercharge Shagy II

if you pm me i will pass along my cell and i am unlimited on everything and love to txt. i have a group that does UFC on sat nights when there is a PPV on like this Saturday

we meet at Hooters in plano and usually get a big table
got a windjammer on order and some stainless goodies and really want a spoiler in silver. i love that lower spoiler

Sean past 6 years ago May 1 and i miss him but i see him w my engraving on my HHR windows and my decals on the rest
i think of him daily and he was a great kid. literally the best
i was very proud to be his Dad

Many of us have done the Tail in our Rs. Very neat road. We just returned from Sedona, AZ where there is a very similar road that reminded me of same. Will see you at an event soon. Wayne
