SSR Open House with our 23 SSRs?

As of today, November 15 we have 19 SSRs on the ground and 3 on the way to the dealership in Houston. We're thinking about having an open house. We would like to show off our SSRs and have Fanatics bring theirs by. We would have door prizes and free BBQ. We would have our vendors there so Fanatics could spiff-up, repair or accessorize their SSRs. We have guys that can take out dings, repair dents & rock chips, paint flames, install clear bras, take scratches out of wheels, repair carpet, repair leather....You name it, they can make it perfect. You could never find these guys on your own, and they would love to have the business. Not having done this before or been to a rally, we're looking for some feedback. Would this be something Fanatics would like to attend? Would we get a decent turnout between Thanksgiving & Christmas? Is Saturday or Sunday better? Thank you very much in advance for any help. PM me for my cell number if you want to call me. Chris.

maybe after Thanksgiving, it will be very busy for most folks to drive from anywhere. I hope the locals can at least make it!

It is something I would consider if it falls between shows. More details would be helpfful, such as: where, when.

Your website was fast. The changes that were made have slowed down to a crawl.

We stopped in there last week and Chris is not lying when he says they have a lot of SSR's on their lot. I forgot my camera that day but they have a very good selection of beautiful trucks. All the way from a purple '04, to a pace truck, to a '06 final production blue with the chrome package . Some of them have extras on them from our members and from what I saw they are all in excellent condition. If you get the chance to see them you won't be disappointed, and if you are like me, I wanted to take three of them home with me. I hope to get back there with my camera to get some pictures this month.

Hope this event comes to be a reality...close enough from Dallas/Fort Worth to make the trip. Saturday would be our choice.

Darn it!!

Why couldn't this have been done in June when we had the whole gang down there?

I will repeat myself by saying that "if it hadn't been for the Texas Rally, us Michiganders wouldn't have had a summer this year".

I can drive now. Let's pick a date - Saturday

5th
12th
19th

I'm guessing the 12th will be just enough time to set it up and still 2 weeks away from Christmas.
