Thats what I run with. One on the drivers side for my cleaning supplies and a small tool box fit inside the saddle bag.. You will be surprised how much stuff you can pack into one of the hard saddle bags! Then you still have room for 2 suit cases or one suit case and a soft bag plus the spare tire.
