With all the friggin' criticism I got for not showing at the last one, I am coming even if I need to hire a driver. Buy my pens, help build my treasury. Do me a favor and have in Canada and you will see me there. I might hitch hike, but I will be there. Maybe Wildcat will pick me up on her way.

Life (my knee replacement) and hunting season (no rooms) have conspired to keep me out of it. BlueRoadster and I talked the other day and it seemed that there was no time left to get it together this year.

Well - the one I got 4 years ago is working great. Don't get the next one until Nov 10th.

Memorial Hermann at Memorial City. Same place as last time. Unlike before, they now offer a 4 hour seminar and tour for all knee and hip replacement candidates. I found it very helpful, especially the part about pain management. Last time I tried the macho route, get off the pain meds asap. Not a good idea. It inhibits the physical therapy process. So this time I'm taking all the feelgood stuff I can get.
