Winnie Trade Days
I had a few local Houston folks ask about repeating the Bolivar - Winnie Trade Day from last year and to try and get it in before the serious heat hits. That leaves it for next month - April 7th or 8th. Who's interested?
As an added twist - we could meet at the Hotel Galvez for Sunday brunch and then head to the ferry. Or just leave from Dixie Farm road on either day.
Houtex, April 7th and 8th is on Easter weenend. We are also having a spring car show in League City on Saturday sponsored by Space City Cruisers. It will be a crowded weekend in Galveston, and a long ferry wait.

2nd time has to be the charm - June's too damn hot and the trade days are the weekend following the 1st Monday of the month. If Mother's day is a problem, then we can go on Saturday. Or Sunday if it's not.

I can do either day Houtex, just let me know which is best for the other Fanatics. Some of them may be going to TMS, but for those who don't, this is always a fun and laid-back adventure!
John, I can't make this one. I had to switch things around at work in order to make the Katy Vet's parade and can't get free early enough this Saturday. Last year's trip was fantastic and I would highly recommend it to anyone that can make it Thanks, Phil
You guys hit I45 to Hunstville and then 45 miles north on Hwy 19 to Crockett in time for the cars on the square about 6:00 pm. There will be several of us there! Nice resturarant on the square. I'll buy the pie a la mode!

Do you have a car that you want to show off? Wanna cruise around Galveston for a day for an amateur car show? Well you can. Houston's 107.5 The New K-Hits is proud to present the 2007 "Galveston Hot Rod & Roll." Event is held on Saturday, May 26.
The plan so far - we will meet on the West parking lot of Moody Gardens at 9am. From there we will head to Seawall Blvd and roll down Seawall to the Strand. All cars will park on the Strand between 23rd & 28th on the north side of the street until around 3pm. There you can set up next to your car and hang out or simply lock it up and enjoy the Strand.
Y'all have at it - I'll be flying back from the Caymans that day.
