in your SSR
March 23, 24 & 25, 2012

YES we have a RALLY
YES we will have a very nice CRUISE (with SPECIAL GROUP & Individual photos shootings)
YES we have EVENTS
YES will have a BANQUET/PARTY
YES in addition we will
RUN the TRACK (Sat March 24th late afternoon) with Pro Photos taken (incl in package)
-- so Drive or Trailer your SSR to the Florida RALLY

YES we will have shirts and awards, etc.
YES we will have banners
YES there is a track certificate for your SSR
YES there is a special I drove Daytona sticker for your SSR
YES there will be many photos taken
YES we are trying to keep costs down and Fun Up
YES Fanatics without their SSR are always Welcome

YES We are going to attempt to have a GROUP &(single SSRs)
SPECIAL photos very near the beach (during the Cruise in am Saturday)
YES the weather will be great - Average High 75 Degrees F

The normal room rate for that time of year is $129 plus tax…
Chevy SSR rate is $103.20 plus 12.5% tax each night = $116.10
$232.20 for the two nights
This is our Chevy SSR room rate and is locked in for up to 70 reservations
Also, if you wish to stay longer Hampton Inn will extend this rate

For your convience you may use the following:

PLEASE make your room reservation for Friday-Saturday March 23-24 through our AAA contact person Cookie Amico even if you are not a AAA member by calling 727-398-3120 ext 2226.

If you’re a AAA member, Cookie can use your AAA number for your address and phone etc. You don’t HAVE to be AAA members of course to book through Cookie…..it’s just easier for her to send you a confirmation notice.
If Cookie doesn’t answer her phone when you call, LEAVE HER A MESSAGE with your name, area code & phone number. No one works 24/7!
For a room reservation, the Hampton Inn Hotel requires a credit card number to reserve the room but it ‘s not charged until you check in or if you are a no show.

Only problem is that they do not allow you to run any of the banked turns in your vehicle. You can only run on the apron in the corners and flat stretches. Maybe they changed that rule from the last time I was there.

That is still true! They said our SSR are fast enough but we are NOT race drivers.
They didn't want parts and people scattered on the track.

Sharlene has been doing so much better in the last week or so. She thinks that she will be able to make March (late). We are so sorry that we could not make Ocala and the dream cruise. Hopefully she will be able to do more for herself and be able to move. The long and short of it, count us in for Daytona. Docrod and Sharlene.....
