9/20/08 Plant City Car Show anybody?

Mike in Orlando is coming to Plant City to drop off his SSR for some work. We thought we'd make a of it - anyone interested in dinner and walking around the car show for a while? If the weather's nice there will be 200+ cars.

We'll meet at Starbucks off I-4 exit 19 at 4:00. There are a few places to eat right there - Buddy Freddy's buffet, Outback, Carraba's, Applebee's, Sonny's BBQ. We can eat and then head to the car show, or just eat in the Historic District but not many choices there.

Is Italian OK with you guys? Lonnie went to look for a restaurant in the Historic District, there's a new Italian place that said they's be glad to seat all of us at 5. He's having lunch there now, says it's pretty good.

Hi all, will be in plant city on saturday for the NRSA appreciation day event from 11-3 with the 48 chevy sedan delivery (trying to sell this one). maybe vicky can drive the SSR over also for the evening part of the show. do you think the 4 dogs can hold it for 9-10 hours,,,,plant city is always fun when it cools down in the evening...doug

Didn't know the NSRA thing was tomorrow too - should have planned to go earlier. Restaurant is new italian place on Reynolds and Collins - have Vicky park over there and we'll all try to park by her.
