Already did the KEYS as a single back in June. Liz & I highly recommend it when ever you can!!!! The timing was good for us but not good for everyone. We drove from Arlington, TX to Gulfport, MS and visited with my brothers. Then to Tarpon Springs, Clearwater, Homestead, and the Keys. Great time, beautiful beaches, clear water, and great night life. We will do it again.

Keys Run 2011
Yeah.. I will probably put something together for the Keys in 2011. (Just enough time for me to forget how much work the last one was ) If you can't wait, let me know when you are headed down and we can hook up for a lunch or dinner down there. I am sorry to have missed ssr3 when they were down here, but am always happy to be in the Keys with my fellow fanatics.

Annie, I have solicited and got some good help for next yrs Keys Run.
Roger Lewis stepped up and will help big time, plus Mike Fontana who has lots of experience putting Rallys together. He did Motor Home Rallys all over the country.
He will be our point man and all you will have to do is help with contact people and your experience in planning the last event.

ABSOLUTELY!! It was the decision of the Florida Chapter to move the Keys Run to 2012 to put it on the OFF year of the National. It will be on the OFF year from now on.
LOTS of SSR Fanatics want to go to the Keys, but can't make both the National and or the Keys Run.

Hi Dick,
Curious, in the past what month has the run to the Keys been held? That is one we don't want to miss.
for those of you in florida, you can have a key west run anytime you want. just head south as far as you can go ! may not be as many ssr's as the normal event but if you are anxious, there you go. i know it doesnt take much for the florida fanatics to have a get together.

Thanks for the information. November makes sense to me because you want to be past hurricane season.
Years ago we had a condo in the Keys and my daughter and her husband decided that is where they wanted to go on their honeymoon. NOT! Seems like a hurricane came blowing in and they had to evacuate.
